Working with a personal trainer offers a range of benefits that can enhance your fitness journey. Our personal trainer can provide basic guidance and meal planning tips. However, for specialised dietary needs or medical conditions, it's best to consult a registered dietitian or nutritionist.

If you have an injury or medical condition and want to work with us, please start by consulting your healthcare provider to ensure it's safe for you to engage in physical activity. During our consultation please provide all relevant information to our Personal Trainer.

Before starting any exercise program, ensure that you have received medical clearance from your GP or Obstetrician. We highly recommend you visit a women's health physiotherapist in order to assess any imbalances that may be pre existing or need correcting.

As much as we hope they would, results don’t happen overnight. We recommend a minimum commitment of 8 weeks, this allows your body to adapt to your new program and our trainer to make adjustments to ensure optimal results in line with your values and goals.

Our cancellation policy stipulates that clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
The Late Cancellation Fee, applicable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, will result in the deduction of the client's initial booking deposit.
No-Show Fee: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will incur a fee equivalent to the total cost of the session.
Exceptions: Instances of emergencies or extenuating personal circumstances, such as sudden illness or family emergencies, may be considered for waiver at the discretion of RYKfit.

Clients are encouraged to schedule sessions in advance and to honour their scheduled appointments, promoting consistency within their training program.
