Our online consultation is the first step in our training process. 

We have designed a comprehensive questionnaire for you to complete from the comfort of your own home. Please allow approximately 15 minutes to delve into your health history, current well-being and your fitness objectives. Through this questionnaire we explore your lifestyle, values and individual goals to craft a personalised roadmap to build motivation, encourage a positive mindset and empower you through movement. 

The initial online consultation is obligatory before scheduling a personal training session, ensuring that our tailored approach best meets your unique needs. 

1:1 Pregnancy and Postnatal PT

Our personalised 1:1 session is designed to support your unique needs of both pre and postnatal mums. Whether you're striving for a healthier pregnancy or seeking to regain strength postpartum, our trainer will support you with safe exercises designed for each trimester and beyond. Experience the benefits of targeted pelvic floor exercises, strategic strength training, and functional workouts, all seamlessly integrated into our sessions. We prioritise your wellbeing, offering guidance on prenatal and postnatal fitness, ensuring each minute contributes meaningfully to your health and fitness goals.
